I passed out candy this Halloween to the kids that came to the door. I found it very depressing that a group of 4 kids (one in a stroller) and a lady came to my door in street clothes. Oh wait, one of the kids was wearing a mask while in his street clothes. I asked each of the kids what they were supposed to be and no one could answer.

I was faced with a very heavy decision: do I only give the kid in the mask candy or do I give candy to everyone?

Well the lady looked at me with a mean look when I waited for some reason why they weren’t dress up. So I said “I don’t know if I should give candy to the 3 of you.” Oh, the lady was not amused one bit. Just then I realized that these people might be a neighbor of mine. So I gave them all candy.

phew Kept myself from being beat up tomorrow by a bunch of 1st graders.
